Particularly in commercial premises the air conditioning systems can be overlooked, only when it breaks down or fails do people realise how important it is. A major breakdown can cause business disruption and financial loss.
If you operate larger systems you will also need a leak test to check for any signs of refrigerant loss. By law you are obligated to have checks carried out on any system containing 3kg or more of Fluorinated Gas (Fgas) or Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) refrigerant. We can guide you on this, only certificated personnel can carry out these checks.
If you do take up a Maintenance Contract we will bring to your attention what is needed at the appropriate time.
